Install and configure walteria_lib

Install walteria_lib to use it as a dependency for other Walteria Labs resources.

Download the latest release from the GitHub Releases.

Extract walteria_lib into your resources folder.

Add to your server.cfg before any resources that depend on it:

ensure walteria_lib
